Aromatherapy is a technique that uses essential plant oils to improve  the  health both physically and emotionally.
The effect of aromatherapy is very close to the psychology of each So for body and mood, receive smells differently. The scents can be perceived through smell or skin.Discover their different techniques.

Essential oils used in aromatherapy

Essential oils are extracted from medicinal plants through a process steam or maceration oils plant flowers or leaves extracted by plant.

Through the scent given off effects are achieved in the body. Each plant has different effects:
  • The Lavender through massage, inhalations or baths relaxes the body.
  • The rosemary in back massage removes muscle aches.
  • The mint relieves headache or indigestion by massaging the affected area.
  • Cinnamon and ylang-ylang are powerful aphrodisiacs through massage or baths stimulate the senses.

Aromatherapy techniques

It can be applied through the nose or skinThe smell can be in a bath and relaxing or stimulating the skin by a massage with essential oil mixed with a vegetable oil basis.You can also use the sprays , electrical appliances with essential oils, if vaporize in a room can help you sleep better. You can also make inhalations for example eucalyptus to improve cold or open the airways when you have flu . Inhaling peppermint can also help with digestive distress or open the airways.
