Lose weight eating! Negative calorie foods are those that spend more energy on digestion than the calories own it brings.
Foods with negative calories, yes, there are. Except water having 0 Kcal, the rest have more or fewer calories. So why did you say that? They are foods that only have calories, so more energy is expended in digestion that really give us.
