Breakfast "Oatmeal" Lose Weight Fast

If you want to lose weight, time to start eating oatmeal in the morning. Why is that?

1. Supported scientific evidence

A small study found that those who eat oatmeal every day for six weeks had a reduction in cholesterol and a decrease in stomach size is greater than those who eat noodles in the same period.


2. Satiety longer

No need to look for another snack in the morning when breakfast oatmeal  because these foods contain calories and fiber needed to remain full throughout the morning. 

Unlike the full-sugar breakfast cereal, the body digest oatmeal more slowly, keeping blood sugar stable, increased energy, and hunger disappear.

3. Eating carbs at the right time

When it comes to losing weight, celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson Bob Harper and agree that we should eat carbohydrates for breakfast.Manhattan nutritionist Shira Lenchewski said, "Carbohydrates are burned more efficiently in the morning than the evening." By doing so, certainly unused carbohydrates and not stored as fat in the body. Shira also recommend biggest servings of carbohydrates there are in the morning.


4. Not boring

breakfast warm it should not be boring. Add to bowl of oatmeal pieces of fruit, such as bananas, strawberries or kiwi. In addition to delicious, the fruit also gives a sense of satiety for longer.
