2. Skipping breakfast
For some people still think that breakfast is the meal that was not too important. but if you skip breakfast, then you tend to devour excessive food when during the day, which can eventually trigger an increase in your weight.

3. Size of Plate
Avoid using a large plate or bowl as food containers. Because using a bowl or large plate while eating, then you tend to take food with large portions because of the size of a large plate that makes you more freely take food portions.
4. Avoid Eating While Watching TV
Should avoid eating while watching TV. Because while eating while watching TV, your attention will be divided by the television program you are watching so that you will not be aware of how much food and the amount of calories that you have voraciously. This is what will ultimately make your weight without realizing it will experience high kelonjakan.
5. Pamper Yourself
Pamper yourself especially after a hard day's work by eating whatever food you like is fun. But it would be better, if you do not do it excessively to assume that you have the right to consume food as much as anything because you have worked hard. Because this is just to accumulate fat and calories in your body which in turn makes your body weight swell.
6. You Do not Snacking
Who said that the activity is bad for health? snacking or eating habits with smaller portions can keep you from extreme hunger, which often make you miserable. However, when you decide to snack, you should choose the right foods for your meal, the menu of foods rich in fiber such as fruits and vegetables.
7. There is a lot of food in Your Home
With the existence of so many different types and variants of food, anyone would be tempted including you who are currently undergoing the process of diet though. When there is a lot of food in front of you, you tend to be tempted to taste that eventually could make you lose control until dissolved eat foods with a portion of the excess that could eventually become a habit.
There are many things you can trigger overeating. But the most important thing of all the reasons for that is how you are able to adjust their lifestyle and mindset you to avoid eating in excess.
