  • Beans
Beans are one type of food that is good in the current consumption of the diet, and also contains antioxidants that are good for health. Nuts are good to eat is beans mixed with boiled or steamed, and should avoid peanut processing by way of frying.
  • Fruit
It is no secret, consume fruits are very good for health. Replacing unhealthy snacks with fruits will be the very positive impact on our body. However, we should not only consume one fruit each day. Each fruit contains a variety of different nutrients the body needs, but also contain other substances that are not good for the body if consumed in excess.
  • Salad
Consuming salad as a snack is a good thing because vegetables contain a lot of fibers which can help our digestive system. Preferably, do not use mayonnaise to mix salad, instead we can use olive oil.
  • Oatmeal
Oatmeal contains protein and rich in fiber which is very useful to help our digestive system. If you want to add flavor, we can mix oatmeal with honey.
