Eliminate Stress with Yoga Positions

When the pregnancy period, you need to keep some segments of life for the survival of the baby. In addition to maintaining a healthy diet for pregnant women, you need to also keep your mental health with yoga. Women who are pregnant are usually often experienced stress and mood swings that may adversely affect pregnancy. For that, try some yoga positions below to relieve stress. This yoga moves you can do at home or in the office so that you can do on a regular basis.

  1.   4. Mountain Pose. Stand upright pose, then widen your hands to form a triangle downward. Rotate your shoulders while regulating breathing. Do this for a few minutes until you feel noticeably lighter.

You should remember, maintaining mental health is something that needs to be considered during the period of pregnancy. With practice yoga regularly, you can eliminate the stress that often plagued your mind while training your composure in the face of the delivery process.
