This phenomenon occurs especially their many teenagers and adults who often unwittingly send short messages at night while they were asleep. Gelb reveal new lifestyle is classified as a parasomnia, which is classified in other sleep disorders such as "Sleep-Walking" (walking during sleep), "Sleep-Talking" (Delirious) and woke up because he wanted to pee. For most Sleeptexters (their term for the sleep-texting), sleep disorders such as this could be detrimental once embarrassing, especially when they are the recipients of the message are the ones that are considered so important. Currently, this sleep disorder attack, sufferers tend to be unconscious, and therefore they could just send a short message with diverse contents there pitched greetings, jokes or insults. And that's what will make the sufferer feel aggrieved and humiliated by the action that he did not realize.
